REGISTERED CHARTER

Dear friends, we are glad to inform all that our MSF-Traffic is booming and growing interest in MSF, which means it's time to create the International Federation of MSF. By law, for the establishment of an International organization, you must first create a regional organization with the Charter, which carries the possibility of opening Offices in other countries and membership of foreign citizens. Next you need to establish a legal presence in another country. And then to reorganize regional organization in International OO. That's such a difficult procedure. So, go ahead! I hasten to share the joy of our Charter regional organization "MSF" is the first step on the path to International recognition.
